    Some items are non-returnable, including custom-made or personalized products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale. Please review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

How to Return Items

    Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please ensure that the item is securely packed to avoid damage during shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Inspection and Refund
    Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Once the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
